    Shipping & Returns

    Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service from Williamsburg, VA. They typically ship in 2 to 3 business days. Shipping rates are determined by purchase price. 

    Standard Shipping:

    Standard shipping for our online store is between $9.95 and $13.95, but orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.

    Refunds & Returns:

    It's very important to us that you're satisfied with your purchase. We'll gladly issue refunds for salable merchandise returned with tags attached within thirty days of purchase, (items purchased in-store must include a receipt). Exchanges can also be made. Special orders, for items customized for you, cannot be canceled or returned.

    Return Shipping:

    We'll cover all shipping for any return or exchange resulting from a mistake of ours. 

    Exclusions may apply, and we do reserve the right to make exceptions to any part of this policy under certain circumstances, but please ask us if you have any questions or concerns about an item that you might need to return.
