Joseph Walker founded his bakery in 1898 in the highlands of Scotland, and it's his grandchildren and great grandchildren that continue to honor his vision of providing fine baked goods.

The recipe for Walkers' famous shortbread cookie has not changed since the day it was made: flour, sugar, pure creamery butter, and salt. All cookies are baked in small batches, which is the only way to ensure the quality and taste that has made Walkers a household name around the world.
